How We Work
Matters are handled directly by the partner who will argue them. There is no hand-off between a rainmaking partner and a junior associate who performs the substantive work. The counsel at your first consultation is the advocate who stands up in court.
Briefs are prepared in-house, research is conducted by the team that uses it, and client instructions are taken directly by the advocate acting on them. This is not a high-volume staffing model that scales indefinitely, which is precisely the point.

Out-of-pocket disbursements — court fees, certified copies, process fees, and travel expenses — are billed at actual cost. We provide transparent estimates of anticipated disbursements before engagement so clients maintain full financial visibility.
