We induct a small number of associates and interns each year. Every application is reviewed directly by a senior partner.
What the Work Involves
Associates at Regalius work directly on litigation and arbitration matters from initial filing to final arguments before all courts and tribunals in Bengaluru. Substantive duties include drafting pleadings, preparing legal research briefs, attending court listings, and client strategy sessions.
Because our chambers practice is kept deliberately small, associates are intimately involved in trial court hearings, appellate arguments, and arbitral proceedings alongside partners.
Who We Look For
Candidates with solid academic records, crisp legal drafting skills, and the capacity to analyze case law critically. Demonstrated interest in civil litigation and arbitration is highly valued.
Proficiency in Kannada is an asset for advocates appearing before City Civil, Magistrate, and trial courts in Karnataka.
